  • Terms and conditions for using SendHow service.
  • SendHow objerves to domestic Electronic Commercial Law as well as provision of use for Paypal and Western Union.
  • If terms and conditions are amended, we announces information to all members.
Cancellation Policy

1.If requested auto/manual purchase or delivery service is not completed, total amount will be refunded including service fee.
2.To request a cancellation, customer must leave a cancellation request via Customer Support menu or email(contact@sendhow.com)
3.Transaction ID must be included when request a cancellation.
4.Customer must follow refund policy for completed transaction of auto/manual or delivery service.
5.Any pending transaction due to unverified account will be cancelled automatically.
6.Cancellation will be processed within 24 hours after SendHow admin confirmed cancellation request.

Refund Policy

1.Customer must follow refund policy as below for completed transaction of auto/manual purchase and delivery service.
 1.Auto/Manual Purchase
  - Refund will be processed after admin confirmed a seller’s refund and service fee will be excluded for refunded amount.
 2.Delivery
  - Refund request before overseas delivery completion, will be refunded including service fee.
  - If the returning product is returned within 14 days of the product being imported, the product will be returned to the original seller then refunded.
  - If the returning product is returned after 14 days of the product being imported, the product will be processed only if the original seller agrees to return the product.
2.To request a refund, customer must leave a refund request via Customer Support menu or email(contact@sendhow.com)
3.Transaction ID must be included when request a refund.
4.Refund will be processed after at least 3 days after SendHow admin confirmed refund request.
